Todd Shelton is President & CEO of Charter Industries. Prior to joining Charter Industries, he served as President & Chief Executive officer of Phillips Pet Food & Supplies. He was also a Chief Financial Officer of Essendant, following roles as President of their two largest operating units. Todd holds an MBA from the Kellogg Graduate School of Business and a BS in Finance from Miami University, where he graduated cum laude. Todd survived a ruptured aneurysm in August of 2013, and lives gratefully every day with his wife, Shay, and children Sophie and Jack.
